Cancellation & Makegood Policy

  • Either party may cancel with 14 business days written notice prior to the flight start date.

  • Cancellation after flight start: advertiser is responsible for delivered impressions at the contracted rate.

  • If publisher under-delivers by more than 10% of contracted impressions, publisher will provide a makegood flight at no additional cost.

  • Makegood placements must run within 30 days of the original flight end date on comparable inventory.

Terms & Conditions

Reference the applicable master services agreement or standard industry terms. Specify any additions or exceptions below.

  • This IO is governed by the IAB/4A's Standard Terms and Conditions v3.0 unless a separate MSA is in effect.

  • All impressions are counted by the publisher's ad server. Discrepancies exceeding 10% will be resolved per IAB guidelines.

  • Invoicing occurs monthly based on delivered impressions. Payment is due per the terms specified above.
