Cancellation & Makegood Policy
Either party may cancel with 14 business days written notice prior to the flight start date.
Cancellation after flight start: advertiser is responsible for delivered impressions at the contracted rate.
If publisher under-delivers by more than 10% of contracted impressions, publisher will provide a makegood flight at no additional cost.
Makegood placements must run within 30 days of the original flight end date on comparable inventory.
Terms & Conditions
Reference the applicable master services agreement or standard industry terms. Specify any additions or exceptions below.
This IO is governed by the IAB/4A's Standard Terms and Conditions v3.0 unless a separate MSA is in effect.
All impressions are counted by the publisher's ad server. Discrepancies exceeding 10% will be resolved per IAB guidelines.
Invoicing occurs monthly based on delivered impressions. Payment is due per the terms specified above.

Both parties must sign to authorize the campaign described in this Insertion Order.
