Raccoon Page is deliberately focused. Its main surface is a fast hierarchical wiki with spaces, a page tree, command palette, and keyboard shortcuts. Page-embedded collaborative whiteboards add visual planning without turning boards into separate pages: several boards can live inside one page, and they do not count toward the page allowance. Free includes 3 active whiteboards; Team and Business include Unlimited active whiteboards. Real-time board collaboration is included on every plan.

The board surface includes diagramming, templates, PNG and SVG export, independent board history, a shared timer, and voting. Offline board editing is available on Team and Business. Whiteboard editing is not available on touch devices; use a desktop browser to edit boards.

The migration and ownership posture is also explicit: Raccoon Page migrates Confluence, Notion, and Obsidian workspaces; Word (.docx) and Markdown documents can be imported as individual pages. Choose Raccoon Page when the job is a focused cloud wiki for a small technical team, keyboard speed matters every day, and visual planning should live inside the same pages as the surrounding documentation. Supported workspace migrations, individual Word or Markdown page imports, and Markdown export reduce migration and lock-in risk. It is not a fit if you need self-hosting, SAML SSO today, or a direct Nuclino importer; touch devices cannot edit whiteboards.

Switching from Nuclino to Raccoon Page

There is no direct Nuclino importer. A switch is a manual Markdown transfer, not a one-click migration. First confirm what your Nuclino workspace can export today. Then move a representative sample containing nested pages, links, and attachments; inspect the result; and estimate the remaining cleanup before committing to a full move.

That extra work is a material limitation. Teams already on Confluence, Notion, or Obsidian can use a direct Raccoon Page import path; teams on Nuclino cannot.
